a few weeks ago I bought a free standing punching bag 😀 "Avanti" is the brand, but i don't know anything else about it because i bought it second hand. i filled the base with sand and water, so it doesn't move at all. but the bag itself is very light. doesn't need much impact to move it
I shot this video as a benchmark, because i can see that my punches have regressed a lot now...
With this video I'll be able to measure my progress.
I haven't practiced punching for perhaps 6 years now, since training with my old boxing friends. My goal is to have bullet punches 😀 😀

Ten thousand reps,
"I fear not the man who has practiced ten thousand kicks once, but I fear the man who had practiced one kick 10000 times," Bruce Lee.

I'm also working on other physical variables:
balance, flexibility, strength, control

And these 4 variables will help me achieve my fighting goals:
speed, power, accuracy, endurance.

Fighting, fight training, kick, kicking, punch, punching, front
kick, side kick, round kick, roundhouse, side splits, stretching, flexibility, taekwondo, karate, kick boxing, muay thai, savate, striking, martial arts,
10000 reps
