    I am a fan of boxing, I love to watch Boxing and Mike Tyson is my hero, the all time great. I am a regular member of the gym and do all sort of exercises ranging from treadmill and some muscle building with some weights. I could never take boxing because I wear glasses and hence left it for good. Going through Amazon I found this book by P Selter. The book was about some boxing techniques and types of punches, not only punches it showed other exercises which could be done in conjunction to punching. Not only these exercises burn more calories but increases the strength and sharp reflexes, my entire body muscles seems to be working. Now my routine in gym is also punching bags. Thanks for rekindling my interest in boxing and I am loving every minute of it.
