In this episode of Bodybuilder VS I take on the painful challenge of literally becoming a human punching bag! I decided to do this crazy boxing workout because Creed 2 has hit the theaters and I wanted to show everyone how the world's strongest man trains. I haven't seen any Creed 2 reviews but I'll just assume he lost his fight in the movie because he didn't do this super important boxing drill.
