I had mine for a year and it snapped. I think products made by a company named EverLAST should last a little longer than year.

The quality of this product was horrible. I bought the bag to learn how to box. After 1 month of use the damn thing broke in half. Please note that I did not kick the bag, only punched it. And no, my punches do not have amazing power… The bag just sucks.

Arrived 8-1-16 & I started using it the next day, I took apart & checked for cracks after near 2 months of punching it at 30 minutes a day 5 days a week & so far its holding up good. I took some dog feed bags I had saved & filled them with some gravel & dirt which is heavier than sand or water “I put the dirt & gravel in feed bags so if I need to move the stand I can take the top off & lift the bags out”, I set them inside the bottom tub & connected the rest of the stand. I didn’t set it on a rubber mat or any floor mat, I set it on a 3ft. wide x 5ft. long rug I folded in half with the bottom grip side of rug showing on top & bottom for floor & stand grip. I set the stand in the middle of the folded rug, the rug is thick when folded so when the stand is punched its rocking back & forth has plenty of cushion to give & wont be to stiff to crack or break as some has stated in reviews where they set the stand on a rubber mat or bare floor. I then put a plastic wheel chock that you would use on automobiles with the end tip just a couple inches under the stand, this keeps it in place from wanting to walk all over the rug while its punched on the opposite side. I turned the end corners of the rug under & tucked them in some to also keep the stand in place & from walking when punched, I stay on one side while punching the stand it may not look pretty than on a mat but at least this way its taking some punching & holding up good…”3 PHOTOS INCLUDED”
