    The sudden stops is an indication of fatigue. He resumes in small spurts and then moves into immediate recovery mode. The main reason is because his body has already undergone an enormous amount of other vigorous activities prior to striking the bag. It all can conjunctly leave you feeling like you have hit a great wall of obstruction. Though it sends a natural message from the body to the brain that you are actually tired it's yet a good way to challenge yourself/mind with concentrated effort to see how far you can actually push or press your way towards reaching the goal of becoming that spirit of GREATNESS

    vasyl is a great boxer, but how is training like that, punching lightly, punching easily, then lots of resting and stopping, in any way gonna help me with developing my power and cardio. I mean if i punch and train like that in the bag i can do it with one hundred rounds. Thought if you were gonna train in the bag you gotta throw your hardest punches continuosly then stop for a few seconds to recover then throw power punches again until the end of the round to develop stamina and punching power.

    For me Sugar Ray Robinson will always be 1 in my list but this guy could defenetly be the second he still have to prove thing but he is good no dumb about it. I like him he is an amazing boxer.
