can somebody please please message me on how to install a double end bag ? Please
Wonderful video, it truly is surprising that countless folks are continually seeking to actually lose his or her belly fat or even get hard six pack abs, my close friend shed all abdominal flab and already possesses a 6-pack as a result of following this course which is called: Muscle 790 Xtreme, I do not know the site simply google it and you should get it.
Roseanes Nuts Advert????? wtf is that shit? I'm outraged! what has TV become!
very good, thanks
I agree that it's worthwhile varying the bag's height from workout to workout. My preference is to do a lot of work with the bag set at a height that equates to the chin level of someone 2 to 6 inches taller than me (I'm 5'10"). After all, jerks never seem to pick fights with someone their own size.
can someone tell me where do you get those rubber extensions from ? They seem to be very hard to get
