    To remove the water, you could use a syphon right? Easy enough really to get some cheap vinyl tubing, poke one end into the bag, suck on the other end and direct the water flow into a bucket (or two lol).
    Same thing I use for racking when I'm homebrewing

    I know this is old, but for deflating/draining, you could push a rubber tube or hose (fish tank style hose) into it and let it gravity drain. Even with the hose going down into the bag, the weight of the water will want to go up and out of the only area possible; the hose.

    how to drain ?
    i would think that because it is already elevated , one could tube siphon it like stealing a tank of gasoline, so i've heard.

    you can't pop it the rubbers too think as well is the water, if you hit water at high speeds it's almost solid for a second good luck trying…..
