Penny for your thoughts BG on the fight. Close one that Parker seemed to get hit a lot again. Ruiz had the better in the close exchanges and got stronger towards the end. Parker is not the fighter a lot think he is imo.

  5. Reply Grailer Grailer December 11, 2016 at 2:22 am

Ruiz can take a punch ! Ruiz slows down after 4 rounds and lost by at least 2 rounds

  6. Reply Nick Keenan December 11, 2016 at 3:10 am

looks to me like both guys like fighting and don't mind mixing it up rough.  I would slightly rather be in JP's shoes but I can see AR getting in close and doing damage.  Hope both men put on a show and come out battered but not broke.

Nice video I think Parker wins by ud or sd

Ruiz chances are slim he needs to move his head hands up work the jab
Trying to catch Parker over committing with his right hook and throw a powerful left hook
David tuna style or smoking Joe Frazier style.

JP Remember When your dad was on his knees and you were throwing punches as a young boy. Remember what you wrote in your high school leaving book that you will one day become champion of the world. From a Kiwi to another. We got this brother it's your time! and the new heavyweight champion of the world!

  11. Reply La Lonesko December 11, 2016 at 5:13 am

Parker will have to avoid ruiz bug use his jab to distance then pick n choose wen you can see n opening good to both fighters go team parker

This is a very closely matched fight but I have Ruiz for the win. Parkers lazy defence is his biggest weakness. I wouldn't be shocked is Parker keeps a strong guard until round 7-8 then start dropping his hands. Late stoppage by Ruiz or UD. Saying that I wouldn't be shocked if Parker KO'd Ruiz. This is seriously going to be a great fight!

I'm picking Ruiz mate but still liked the video anyway!! Should be a great great fight this, much better than Whyte-Chisora. Nice mix of styles.

Would you say Parkers gameplan here would have to be a very similar one to if he was to fight AJ?

  17. Reply KingUfa206 December 11, 2016 at 9:21 am

Ruiz gets hit to easily. Easy night for Parker 4th rd KO

  18. Reply Nathan December 11, 2016 at 10:11 am

Good Fight, Think Parker takes it, will be interesting tho, Parker has the better win between the 2 guys in takam and Ruiz has had 8 more fights so good step up for him, Ruiz at 29-0 but he has a weak resume he looks pretty good but we are going to find out a lot in this fight.

    Anyways, Good vid bg

Great breakdown as always BG, fight of the weekend this one, I'm going with Parker late stoppage after grining Ruiz down. should be good.

When Mexico sends their boxers, they are sending their best. The bring Brawrles, they are counter punchers, and some I imagine have good footwork.

Naz looks and sounds so coked up when he's talking to Kevin Kelly at the end "You're the best I've ever boxed…and I'm the best you've ever boxed.".

  28. Reply The Shed December 11, 2016 at 4:31 pm

You have to give it to Nas for that one, he had that look about him that was like I will not be beat and he went to war.

  29. Reply Yep Yep December 11, 2016 at 5:16 pm

where's the comeback? I'm seeing the guy who gets his ass kicked…still ending up the loser. I expected something different from the title

  30. Reply tussell r December 11, 2016 at 5:43 pm

I can't stand hamed, but he fought a helluva fight.

GREAT fights. (You're the best Fightfan.)  Some of the hardest rounds I've never seen before. The Prince was so much smaller than the guy he beat – amazing power after three knockdowns.

Hamed was a hell of a fun fighter to watch. The kid could punch, had an improvised boxing style, and could take a dude out with one shot. Much respect to Kelvin Kelley. He should have beat Hamed that night, but he ran in to one.

The first one ,it was clearly the ref stopped too early it wasn't a bad judge tho
But Miura is really really tough and Vargas was half killed by miura so he knew miura was going to recover and stop Vargas in later rounds
The ref is on the Vargas side because they both know
